agriiClub

agriiClub is a decentralised finance (DeFi) and asset tokenisation dApp. The platform enables the tokenisation of freeze-dried agricultural produce turning crops into tradable digital assets unlocking global markets and investment opportunities. Farmers can list their pre-harvests and current harvests for platform members to purchase and tokenise. The tokenisation process involves freeze-drying the produce, tagging it, storing then tokenising as an NFT. Members are then able to either take delivery, trade it on agriiMarket, keep it stored within agriiDAOs secured CropBanks or donate it to communities facing food insecurity. agriiClub also operates six agricultural stokvels focused on providing royalty finance to key verticals of the agricultural value chain. Stokvel members earn royalties in proportion to their contributions. Through these stokvels the global public can access incubated agricultural projects in Africa, tracking progress and real-time reports fully on-chain. This approach gives communities the power to drive change and stabilise Africa’s food systems, which ultimately integrates with and impacts global food systems.
